Will definitely learn a lot, all equipment provided, remote, good work life balance, benefits and perks.

Svantaggi

Micromanagement, treated like a robot, no room for growth or promotion, lots of favoritism, constantly listened to and graded, must read a script verbatim, not allowed to think for yourself. Good job only if need office experience, not a career, it’s a job while you look for something else. Not allowed to give honest feedback. Expect to handle about 200 calls a day, chained to desk.
