When I first started there I felt like I had really found a home career-wise. It’s not like that anymore.

No real training. When I first started there, I was told it would take 6 months to learn my job. This consisted of sitting beside various people with different work styles and watching them work. In six years, I moved up and into three departments. The last position was a supervisory slot that I literally received no training. Their unofficial policy was to throw someone into the deep end and see if they figured it out. There was one night supervisor who worked there for almost a year. It took 6 months for the IT department to give him a laptop. He did not want to do his job and the company did nothing to rectify the situation. In six years, the company changed their primary software 3 times. Each time caused issues with driver pay and other related issues. Their current software is garbage, but it was cheaper.
