The absence of quality leadership and meaningful training is surreal. Before going remote, the manager was leaving early, arriving late, or working from home every other day on average (yes, I kept track). When needing to the same, the manager pushed back. When asked for training, I was told "we don't do that". Commitments were made and not kept during the last three months of employment by the manager. Interviewing for my replacement was occurring before I left. Pacejet had zero intention of trying to help me keep my job. More importantly, I have had to deal daily with the PTSD they created. There are some really terrific people at Pacejet, but the management void is obvious and avoidable. They simply and stubbornly choose not to improve.
