Good Pay, Sensitive to Employees Needs, Positive Owners. They are not afraid to show appreciation to their employees, company dinners and day trips.

Amount of work fluctuates with the construction climate. Its hard to give down sides because it is the best company I have ever worked for.

Mismanagement, bullying, harassment, unable to promote. Unable to get a good fair paying wage. They play favorites/favoritism. No matter how much you apply, they don’t give you the growth.
