None of them appeared to know anything about how the work is being done and no one seems to have a clue about what updates and changes are happening, let alone how to proceed with changes since they have no clue about the steps within the work, which leads to a ton of confusion across teams. Asking questions and seeking conversation within this “open door” company is risky and labels you as “resistant”. It’s common and is keeping the people who are doing the work from participating in conversation because of fear of being retaliated against or of being viewed negatively.
