I don’t think I could have chosen a better company where I can share my digital marketing prowess because this company really invests in the advancement of its people. I love the authenticity of this company and the people behind it. I’m especially proud of our product development team because they’re always coming up with something new, sending waves of excitement throughout the company. I love the products which are genuinely cruelty-free and vegan to the core, and not just as a marketing platform. I love that I got to know more about the retail market through our partners. I love the office location (Century City) though we are also allowed to work from home. None internally. But externally, competitors are really becoming more aggressive in the beauty and personal care segment. This means that we have to constantly step up our efforts in this niche. So far though, the company has held its fort for the last 27 years.
