Has a good product and a ton of potential but is limited by poor upper management. Decent starting benefits and interesting and challenging work.
Svantaggi
The skilled and competent people were always the ones leaving the company, they have a high turnover rate. Poor management decisions such as laying people off only to rehire that same position shortly after. The different departments bicker among themselves trying to pass blame for any issues that come up.
