Founder and CEO is not great - Recensione dipendente - Retail Sales Associate presso Package Free

Good concept, but horrible follow-through

Honestly couldn't name them all - just literally everything except for the concept

I admire their sustainable mission and products

I did freelance copy work for Package Free in 2022 and my final invoices were still never paid. When I followed up about it, they showed concern but then sort of just....decided to ignore it. I reached out to the founder about it to let her know that this was happening...No response, she clearly doesn't care. There are so many other sustainable companies to support that actually do right by their workers, don't choose to support (or work at) this one.
