Great place to work with amazing staff committed to the mission of the organization.

The location is a pain to get to from the East Bay

a lot of resources, does great work, leader in the field, opportunities for travel and funding for professional development and working with amazing people

for lower level staff or nonprogram staff, the is pretty low compared to what higher level program staff make. additionally, the rules seem to only apply for lower level staff members and there's inconsistency depending on manager. not a lot of mobility opportunities.
