CEO and his partner treat people like their slaves. They insult employees in front of the other employees. They do listen do not listen to anybody. Employees are overworked because they are understaffed. They make everybody salaried so they don't have to pay overtime. They don't pay overtime but will deduct for under time. No training is provided. No reward for doing a good job. They will have you work even if you are sick or have family issues. High turnover rate.
