There are some really smart, talented people working here. When things were good, PP was a great place to work. However, thanks to the merger, we're going to be saying goodbye to some serious talent.

Renumeration is a bit rubbish. Some teams are completely overworked, others are twiddling their thumbs. Merger was completely mismanaged - people have been insecure about their roles for months.
