Guaranteed hours, the heat and air conditioning worked. Lots of great co-workers.

Not enough vacation time, terrible raise structure and too few positions above grunt. Too many cliques that resulted in favoritism and leg ups for promotions. The rules were enforced on those not favorable in the eyes of management while others who were in good standing received blind eye treatment. Too many people trying to get one another in trouble instead of just following the rules. Rules were made up for convenience and the hilarious "Employee Manual" had so many vague entries it read like a choose your own adventure. Benefits were too expensive. 5 minute breaks. FIVE. If you had to poop you had to steal some from your 30 minute lunch. NOT ENOUGH PARKING for some shifts. Weekends were almost always expected no matter how many years you put in. Unless you were in upper management. Now for the negative stuff LOLZ! The company knew that the new owners were not renewing the contract. They managed to wait until the legally allowable moment to make an announcement. Legal yes. Ethical however?

Honestly? It's a crap shoot. Attendance policies get rid of the best employees. What once was a thriving company is now full of a cess-pool we call employees and colleagues. People who lie, try to cheat the system, and generally suck at learning should apply here. The company outlook is horrible and what's better for a communication company you ask? No communication. No one knows what is going on, no communication from management, and even better, lower management has no idea about upper management. The Yassines are a joke. Let me state that again, a JOKE. Sit on their thrones and don't even tell Senior Supervisors, or their own Management Team anything! Couldn't get better you say? They advertise a dynamic call center job. Sure! If by dynamic you mean that know one knows what they're talking about except for maybe six people in a company of hundreds. Teach them, you might suggest. That takes a logical thinking process. This place has no concern for real ideas or work. Good luck convincing this place to use logic. If you're going to trust anyone here, you have a serious mental disability. Get yourself checked and go work somewhere you will be appreciated.
