Very poor management - Recensione dipendente - Account Executive presso PageFreezer Software

As a company that develops software to fight online harassment and cyberbullying and protect integrity online, we have no tolerance for toxic behaviour in the workplace. We parted ways with the person who wrote this review after continued toxic behaviour and lack of self-reflection to correct course, despite being provided guidance and time. This review and the many other 1-star reviews he has written using different anonymous accounts are an example of this behaviour and confirm that we made the right choice to part ways. Most of the "feedback" in these 1-star reviews is made-up and complete nonsense but just has been posted with the intention to do damage. Somehow, this person is having a very difficult time moving on from the end of their employment with Pagefreezer and keeps lashing out in anger and hurt, even though it's been quite a while since he moved on. We hope he can process the change and move forward positively with their life. To the reader considering working at Pagefreezer: I would advise you to meet our team and ask any questions you may have in person. Rest assured, we do not tolerate toxic employees.
