- You are easily disposable, they fired me without any warning at all - Poor commission structure, you only make commission after you hit a threshold and it resets every month, you could be a dollar off and make $0 commission - Very high turnover, my team was halved in the time I was there - Bad hiring decisions, they hired like 10 recruiters to 1 account manager so there weren't enough roles to work on. Realistically even if we filled EVERY role we had, not everyone would've hit their target. It was set up in a way that it was literally impossible for everyone to succeed.
