We didn't have much perks and the company is eliminating the few we had. No bonus based on company performance and obscure performance review We are not allowed to disclose our salary to our colleagues They used to support our visa renewal etc but it's not the case now so you will have to use your holidays and deal yourself with the immigration office. Just waiting to hit the 2 years before changing job.
