      Incompetent managers who are only good at bossing people around without proper direction. Inconsistent instructions. Lack of leadership skills. Constantly asking for updates. Not knowing what is going on. I can go on and on...terrible

      Direct Manager unqualified for job. In way over their head. Management more interested in DEI than right person for the job. Not investing in right markets for growth. R&D Director definitely unqualified.
