A little too frugal. You don’t even earn points for purchasing travel since travel is booked centrally. You still earn point for miles flown.

Direct Manager unqualified for job. In way over their head. Management more interested in DEI than right person for the job. Not investing in right markets for growth. R&D Director definitely unqualified.
