      A great company that is well run with great ethics and really does give a long term value on how it treats its employees. Great salary, bonuses and training schemes.

      Direct Manager unqualified for job. In way over their head. Management more interested in DEI than right person for the job. Not investing in right markets for growth. R&D Director definitely unqualified.
