Company doesn't value employees or reinvests profits. Management is lazy and doesn't care about fixing long term problems, doesn't support a collaborative environment between departments instead creates division. No budget for desperately needed equipment, or hiring qualified staff.

I am sorry this was your experience and we do value your feedback. I have had a different experience with our problem solving process and collaboration to solve issues.
Direct Manager unqualified for job. In way over their head. Management more interested in DEI than right person for the job. Not investing in right markets for growth. R&D Director definitely unqualified.
