Some programs are run well and have a decent budget in order to cover all needed cost to provide adequate service to the clients. Your experience will depend on what program you were in. There are ups and downs as with any agency. Agency is overall very lenient and laidback until things are not going well.

Some program directors are very dry and not people friendly. Some only care about rules and regulations and not about the clients actual needs.
