Management has a lot of favoritism and are unexperienced.

All in all, Palm Beach Broadcasting was a positive experience. If you can see past the cattiness of some of the people that work there then you'll enjoy the experience, learn a lot and you may get to meet some very interesting people. The on-air talent is very fun to work with and the owner is polite.

Some, not all, associates are unprofessional and somewhat of a joke to work with. At times you may ask yourself if you're working in the real world or if you are back in high school.
