The worst insurance company our agency has been working with. The list goes on, no direct deposit, have to go back and forth with underwriters for endorsements, wont let you do endorsements if there is a suspense, their system ruins and breaks up applications if there is no esig so its hard to even sign stuff, no app for clients, requires pictures just to bind full cover policies and even to add them to existing ones, MVR keeps counting license suspensions as violations yet Infinity and other companies do not, I am so tired and I regret getting into insurance.
