Staff welfare is inadequate, particularly for non-management employees, leading to concerns about fairness and support. 7. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are not clearly defined, making it difficult to track performance and align expectations. 8. The micro management is too much.

The customer service department is very toxic especially the Chinese managers, they lack empathy, emotional intelligence and common sense. They expect you to work more than you earn and pay peanuts by the way.
