Vantaggi

The new leadership team is very focused on trying new things and raising the bar and not everybody is rising to the challenge, but they are respectful and kind and incredibly smart leaders to work for. I have good work life balance, and when I need flexibility I can have that for myself. Everybody is really kind to one another and genuinely likes working with one another. The leaders are open and honest and tell you like it is.

Svantaggi

There seems to be two sets of people working at the company right now, so you kind of have to weed out the people who are always so toxic and focus on the people who are excited to be a part of a company that is changing and trying to improve.

Vantaggi

There are still talented, well-intentioned employees and frontline leaders who truly care about doing the right thing and have passion for what they do.

Svantaggi

The company has lost its way. Leadership talks about focusing on making life easier for the millennial mom, yet internally, employees experience the opposite. The external messaging centers on empathy, flexibility, and support, but the lived reality for employees doesn’t reflect those values. Instead of investing in people and stabilizing the core business, leadership continues to chase big “strategic initiatives” and branding exercises while struggling to meet basic execution needs. There is a widening gap between what is said and what is actually done. There is lack of trust in the CPO, whose leadership has damaged what was once a strong, respected HR function. The entire HR team ultimately left because the culture, direction, and behavior at the top became misaligned with the values the company claims to stand on. Instead of stabilizing the business and supporting employees, leadership continues to chase flashy "strategic initiatives" and internal PR moments, even as execution lags and the foundation crumbles. The environment has become overly reactive, draining, and unstable. Employees don't feel valued, heard, or supported, and many are just simply choosing to leave.
