This company takes no consideration for family life. The amount of hours this company expects you to work are extreme. They try to keep their costs down by hiring as few people as possible which causes overwhelming work load for the employee. For being a financially successful company it is beyond me why they refuse to hire enough staff needed for the job. Many employees are burned out and unhappy working here. Upper management has been approached concerning these issues and no corrective action steps were taken by them. Very poor upper management
