You will learn their technical data, procedures, and paperwork making you a potentially valuable asset. In the meantime you will be getting paid and you will be receiving rather good benefits.

This is not an avionics company. 96% of the company has no idea what an airplane is or how the aviation industry works. They are a disorganized, poorly managed electronics company with more finger pointing than the recent Democratic debates. HR has no concept of aviation industry standards. Not willing to keep up with industry pay. QA and maintenance control has very little actual aviation experience. Logistics only knows part numbers and has no concept of what the parts do.
