Good pay, for those years where bonuses and merit increases were available to employees. With poor company performance and Covid impacts, don't expect to be seeing any additional pay for years to come.

Management should be locked up for corruption. 3 years of horrible decision making, the executive team milked a strong company with a pre existing backlog and collected their checks before retirement. What was an amazing company, driven down the tubes. Several poor executive management decisions hiring outsiders that didn't stay longer than 2 years, as well as putting Operations people in charge of Sales and Customers Satisfaction. A defensive and angry attitude did not work well internally or with the customers. Significant market share has been lost, and the competition has caught up leading to PAC going through layoffs and cost reductions (furloughs, employee merit cancellation, and no future bonuses). 5 years ago I would have said come to PAC, but the writing is on the wall and this ship is going down. I wouldn't want anyone to join as it would be a career limiting move.
