The company likes to do same old things and out use of date technologies since they're already used to it. Hence there's lack of innovation and vision. It will take time for airline industry to recover and as a result this company has a grim outlook since it generates revenue from airline customers. Lots of long tenured employees who are making this company their retirement home. They don't know how to do anything else except IFE and therefore out of touch with other types of industries and technologies.
