Good company - Recensione dipendente - Member of Technical Staff (MTS) III presso Panasonic

Often experienced silo engineering teams competing against one another. Covid hit the airline industry hard, and therefore Panasonic avionics corporation (PAC). Post-Covid, not a great company as before. Have become very numb towards employees. IMO, PAC's decade long quest to prominence in global communication suit has been a failure. Numbers are dismal. PAC's bread and butter is in-flight entertainment, which it does well. With cell phones becoming more and more advance, how much longer will this space be relevant?
