• No growth, no development plan, NO structure! You will never have a defined role; it will be random work being thrown your way with no support.
• HR and upper management do not care to help or listen, it is a very heartless environment
• You can’t have an opinion and if you do, get ready for the retaliation on all levels
ALL I CAN SAY IS RUN! Don’t look back just run the other way – far away from Panasonic! It is not worth the stress, anxiety, lack of sleep, and the constant headaches!
