The HR and the culture they breed are just so thoughtful and amazing, especially during the times of Covid-19. They really make working for Panaya something to be proud of because it’s a company that really cares for its employees. I had a similar experience working for SAP, but here it is felt even more. The company is finally heading in the right direction and increasing their operating margin.

Svantaggi

The R&D and their resources as a whole still need to be better managed by the product team so that they are much more agile and cater to the current market needs across the different product domains for SAP, Oracle and Salesforce.

-Panaya has been the most open-door, friendly company I have ever worked for. -A true feeling of family when you work here. -All levels of management are available for support at any time. -Product development is quick and listens to the customers. -Comp plan is fantastic

-Your typical bumps of a young, small company. -Shifts in go to market plan make it challenging from a sales perspective. -Lots of changes, good and bad
