They seek every opportunity to dock your pay. Their app was not allowing me to login and they docked my pay because I was late. The supervisors change frequently. They promise incentives and bonuses, but always your proformance isn't good enough. Only once did I receive a bonus, after that my supervisor was fired. I'm guessing because she gave me high enough ratings to warrant a bonus.
