Risposta di Panda
3yIt sounds like you had a terrible time working at Panda, we are sorry to hear.
We run anonymous surveys to our employees (via an external HR performance tool), where they receive questions on culture, management style, wellness, job satisfaction, outlook, vision etc. Of the 4,356 questions answered to date, Panda has a 76% positive sentiment rating.
The revenue targets set for all Panda consultants are realistic and achievable, which means most of our employees enjoy the additional benefits and incentives. For clarity, our company policy for 4-day work week and remote working is as follows:
The 4-day workweek requirements:
• You are at least 4 months in the business
• Discuss at the beginning of the week with your manager that you would like to work for 4 days and will have the Friday off.
• You make a minimum of 36 hours per week (4x 9 hours) in that week.
• The specifics of your input levels and performance should be discussed with your manager.
• Make a plan, so you can work towards achieving your goals/ targets within the 4 workdays.
The requirements for working remotely:
• You have billed 75.000 euros and have been in the business for at least 6 months.
• On the note of working hours, we do not hide behind the fact that recruitment is not a 9-5 job. Nevertheless, we manage on accountability rather than hours.
In the world of recruitment, many of your most valuable conversations happen after 5pm. That is a point for anyone to consider before choosing a career in recruitment.
