Around 97% of their medium/high ranks are from that origin, even though lower levels are in the opposite proportion. - Managers are "working style" one, who are part of the crew schedule, so that makes your job extremely hard, therefore you end up working +60 hours a week and/or no days off. - Insane and ridiculous worshiping culture towards their founders and Chinese culture.
