The company promotes from within. If you can get to the ACO level (district manager), so can see significant salary growth, company car, stock options, etc. Some managers achieve bonuses that exceed their base salary (20% of same store growth quarterly)

Svantaggi

Restaurant Management means long hours during social time and sometimes on “off days”. Salary means no extra pay for it. You are not allowed to take two consecutive days off in a work week (you take one day off mid week, and one on the weekend). You can get a performance write up on the last day of a quarter from your district manager that costs you your entire bonus.
