Management is terrible. Our store has had 5 different managers in three months. Multiple managers I've had seem to dislike their job wanting more in life than be in a store for 90+ hours a week. We are always short on staff. All employees have either 5-6 days preventing us from having lives. They want Panda to be our life which is ridiculous. It is also hard to balance school and work because you signed up for part-time job, yet make you work 6 days out of the week. We are always behind on orders because they believe that 2 people in front and one person on drive thru is sufficient. They tend to send employees to breaks right before it becomes an employee violation. Overall this place is a COMPLETE MESS, very dysfunctional.
