Hiring process is very time consuming, intrusive and unproductive. It requires so much growth/change/openness from the applicant in so little time. Leadership is into self-help books and forums that associates are "highly encouraged" to pick up as well. These forums are over glorified by the company. Huge disconnect between employees and leadership.
