alright pay, with good flexibility depending on the manager.

higher-ups only promote people so they get bonuses, not because that person is a good manager, hence why there are so many horrible managers. The company lets customers abuse workers and doesn't have their employee's backs. They never schedule enough people to work certain hours so things are constantly behind and stressful.
