Where to start… PandaPay was built on the slogan “Simple, Honest & Straightforward.” Today, those words hang like a bad joke. The truth is, it’s become more complicated, dishonest and backwards than ever. Ironic isn’t it? This company has rotted from the inside out. What began as a mission to bring integrity and transparency to the payments industry has been devoured by greed. The same leadership that once condemned shady tactics now depends & profits on them. Hypocrisy at its finest! Merchants are misled. Lied to. Promises are twisted. Employees and the sales team are told to sell “trust” and that “we care,” while the company exploits the kindness of their hearts, blood, sweat, and tears through constant excuses, unpaid bonuses & vacation pay, impossible targets, inflated OTEs and a culture that discards people the moment they’ve been used. Disgusting. It’s no coincidence that the majority of those who built this company are gone. The so-called “leaders” refuses to face the truth. Instead, they hide behind their inflated egos, so far removed from reality they can’t even see the damage happening beneath their own feet. Completely disconnected. They’ve lost touch with the people who once gave everything, the same people they proudly called their “friends & family.” That word should make them cringe now. To use it after everything they’ve done is vile. Watching them preach loyalty while quietly discarding those who built their success isn’t just hypocrisy, it’s corruption of character at its purest form. Dispecable! The other executives are no exception. They hide behind empty slogans like “we’ve got your back,” but their silence says otherwise. They watch the collapse unfold, too afraid to challenge dysfunction or saying the truth to those at the top because they’re terrified of losing their paycheques. Cowardice disguised as loyalty. Their inaction is complicity. They stand by while good people burn out, quit, or are discarded, all to protect their own comfort. The result: a spineless culture where greed thrives, mediocrity leads, and integrity dies in silence. Pathetic! The hypocrisy is unbearable. A CEO who built his image and business on exposing lies now profits from them. The same tactics he once called unethical have become his business model. Moral bankruptcy wrapped in self-promotion. The final insult is his absence.. “too busy” to care, pretending to work endless hours while barely showing up once a year for his so-called “team” or “family”. He keeps dangling the same carrot like we’re puppets pushing false promises for his own agenda. Disgraceful! PandaPay no longer leads anything. It’s become exactly what it once condemned. Way worse than the dishonest companies it claimed to stand against. All of it wrapped up in a shiny package of lies. I genuinely hope they can sleep at night knowing the damage they’ve done to their employees, their merchants, and to whatever integrity this company once pretended to have. But they won’t. They’re too busy feeding their egos and lining their pockets to even care. To anyone reading this: don’t fall for it.
