Pandox really dedicated themselves to become leaders in DEI before it became trendy or necessary due to compliance. They spent a lot of time and budget on developing an extensive strategy specifically for this area of social sustainability, trained all employees of their operated hotels about inclusive leadership and associated topics and did their best to ensure continuity and ongoing communciation and improvement.

As with most companies, sometimes communication did not work as smoothly across the different levels of the organisation i.e. sometimes headquarters didn´t trickle down new info as timely or in as much detail as would be preferential.

Very dynamic and professional company. "Get it done" attitude, grounded and lean organization, combining success with fun at work. Great positive colleagues who embrace change with enthusiasm.

You need to have an entrepreneurial attitude to work for Pandox, be curious and test always new initiatives. People that are not hands-on and open-minded to explore new horizons, will not make it with Pandox.
