      The pay is slightly higher than similar companies.

      There is no work life balance. Your success depends on how supportive your supervisor is because the hours you spent without proper support won't be leading you anywhere. I was involved in five projects, and sadly, neither were successful. Based on my distasteful experience, I don't recommend Pankow Builders.

      They push you to your limit without over stretching and let you go at a pace which does not overwhelm someone. Great balance of work and life.
