not best pay, rude customers, hot during the summer and outside service area

Opportunity to grow in a tight-knit team. As its a start-up, you get the first-hand experience in the day to day activities of the company as well as transparency.

As its a new startup the struggles can often be seen directly affecting the team but if the aim is to grow with the company it's a great place to work at.
