- Shifts changed last minute sometimes without being asked... short staffed a lot of the time and so constant messages on WhatsApp group when you're not in work -Whatsapp group -So much unneccessary plastic waste on deliveries -deliveries sometimes far too heavy to be safely handled, did end up with back pain for a while when I was doing them regularly -not so much a paperchase problem but a concession problem, had to offer both loyalty card and take customers email for selfridges, which was understandably annoying to customers to be bombarded with questions when they only wanted to buy a card -unrealistic standards with said loyalty card scheme and emails... its done on percentage so managers would occasionally hop on till to serve 4 customers and get a few signups, whereas staff who were on tills for 4-8 hours a day end up with a lower percentage overall -Sometimes there was a 'I work harder than you' attitude from higherup which was hard to work with at times, but other times staff were recognised for their work (employee of the month) etc etc
