The founders are two of the smartest, kindest, and most impressive people I’ve ever met — and the talented team they’ve managed to build alongside them is a testament to the strength of their vision. They’ve managed to strike that rare balance between creating an environment that is both nurturing and challenging. I loved coming into work everyday and walked away having grown immensely on both a personal and professional level. The team is full of empathetic and hard-working people who come together to make rational decisions and produce exceptional work. Genuinely can't think of any. They're constantly growing and improving so you'll need to keep up to date with changes. That's a pro for me but perhaps something to keep in mind if you're not used to the startup vibe!
