This is not a company where you can clock in and out of a 9-5. The entire company culture is all about being gritty and figuring out problems proactively. It's expected that everyone is highly productive, which allows us to scale with a lean and mean team. Not the right fit for many people in that regard.
It's a complicated solution to sell and involves a deep understanding of the industry. The personas we sell to are also difficult (think old-school, salt of the earth, blue-collar workers). This can be challenging for folks to ramp quickly, as we are not yet a mature enough company to have very robust training and enablement for new hires.
