-Resources of a large company, yet local stores feel smaller and members can operate with freedom and not as much red tape. -Room for advancement if you're willing to take on more. -Pay and benefits are good. More vacation time with years in service than other places.

-Lack of structure, weak management. Very layered and lower level employees often fall through the cracks. Pretty difficult to speak your mind without gaining a "problematic employee" label. -Haves vs Have-nots. Members with seniority do what they want with no consequences and it's highly toxic. High earners consider themselves untouchable and will not conform to rules. The lack of leadership supports it and will avoid addressing these issues. They prefer to blame former employees. -Often overworked with no support. Nothing is anyone's responsibility. -Technology is outdated by about 10 years. -As members retire or move on, there is no plan to replace them or gradually promote within. Lower level members are expected to pick up the slack and be grateful for the "job security".
