Please don't work for this company - Recensione dipendente - Sales presso ParaPRO

Ridiculously underpaid for industry standards, a base pay 20-30 k below what you could get anywhere else. One product (Esomeprazole Stronium), which is 1/3 of your commission was launched in February 2017. Not one sales rep has made more than $200/mo on this product. It's a generic with horrible coverage. The other product (Spinosad) is great, but certain big chain pharmacies won't stock it (CVS). Upper management constantly berates reps and sends threatening emails. It is not a healthy environment. Base salary is 38K-41K and they promise you commission equal or above that amount. It has never happened, not even close. Do not walk...RUN from working for this company.
