Challenging and interesting but stressful

Big gap between scientists and management

It is a easy job to just cruised by and do your absolute minimum. Co-workers are generally good people. The work is different every day. Lot of talent at the blue collared level, but most of them use this job as a quick stepping stone.

The pay is low and they constantly dangle a higher salary carrot in front of you to make you work harder. luckily for me i don't fall for that anymore. The management is batshit crazy. they overall have no management experience. Management is mostly composed of the old guard, people that have been fired and brought back because no one in their right mind would work here.
