- flexibility is not that apparent-the demand of cases and workload do not allow flexibility
- driving beyond what was initially discussed and beyond region hired for.
- unrealistic expectations from seniors - Case managers albeit autonomous, are expected to find own coverages with minimal help, taking PTO is exhausting and painful , curated in a way that discourages case managers to take PTO. Even on PTO - you cannot be fully away from reports and emails.
- unclear goals, despite high quality documentation, meeting deadlines, moving cases forward - unclear warnings and placed on improvement plans that do no good
- audit and metrics are only about case per hour per week
