Thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback. We are taking your feedback and addressing the places we missed in delivering a great experience for you. We are committed to creating an innovative, high performance, collaborative and fun environment so I am disappointed to hear about your experience. As WTS Paradigm continues to expand with innovative products and with our big ambitious goals laid out for the next few years, I’ll admit that sometimes we can become too focused on the execution of those goals and the bottom line, spending less time than we should just simply walking through the office and engaging with you and others helping to support our mission. I know this is incredibly important. I acknowledge we continuously raise the bar for employees and it can be stressful at times. In the end, we know we can continue to imagine big and set lofty goals because we have a great crew and hire the best. I am constantly amazed by the team here and what we have all accomplished together.
